What you'll need:

 

Red Potatoes, medium, 6 

Chives, dried,  1/3 cup

Parmesan, fresh, grated, 1/3 cup 

Olive oil, 1/4 cup 

Salt, 1/2 tsp. 

 

To Create:

 

First, cut red potatoes in wedges or in strips, however you prefer. Place in plastic sealable bag as pictured here. Add chives, Parmesan, salt, and olive oil to the bag. Seal and toss. 

Dump out onto sheet pan that is lined with aluminum foil. 

Roast for 30 minutes on 400 degrees.




Leslie's Dietitian Kitchen Tip: For a crispier texture, bake for 20 minutes, pull them out of the oven, flip, and bake for another 20 minutes.
