What you'll need:
Makes about 12, 1/2 cup servings
Broccoli, florets (about 4 cups)
Celery, chopped, 1.5 cups
Cranberries, dried, about 3/4 cup
Raisins, golden, 1/2 cup
Green Onions, chopped, 1/2 cup
Almonds, slivered, 3/4 cup
Sugar, white, 1/8 cup
Salt, 1 tsp.
White vinegar, 1/2 cup
Parmesan cheese, fresh, grated, 1/2 cup
Mayo, 1/2 cup (the real stuff)
Sour cream, 1/4 cup (the real stuff)
To Create:
Chop broccoli and celery and place into large mixing bowl. Add mayo, sour cream, and vinegar. Fold in remainder of ingredients. This dish is best when prepared the morning of when you plan to serve or night before.
